Window pane seating arrangements are incredibly popular these days - or the same idea can be applied to picture frames, or mirrors, you name it. Create an image file of your seating arrangements listed by last name, and have it made into an image transfer to attach it to the frames. If you or a friend has great handwriting (and patience) write it with permanent or chalk markers. If you don’t have glass to work with, attach wires or ribbons on either end of the frame and hang escort cards on each one.
